We’ve been there, you update your Windows, Linux, MacOS, or phone, and suddenly your favourite program stops working. It goes the other way too, you are happily using an older version of the system, the program you are using gets an exciting new update… and you can’t use it because the new version is not compatible with your old OS.

- Dependencies
- maintenance cost
