Outlive
I read Outlive before Attia was outed in the Epstein files.
An interesting property of all health books that focus on one particular activity, is that they all claim that this particular thing is the most important. By definition, at least of them must be lying.
Although Outlive does give some hints about the ranking of different things one can do to live a healthier lifestyle, it is generally quite tame about it. I also found that a chapter worth of a length is good enough on each topic, rather than a whole book. For example the chapter on sleep was quite more interesting than the whole Why we sleep? book by Matthew Walker.
So, what are the findings I remember? In no particular order.
